Soma VT Coach Position

Roles and Responsibilities
Adhere to standard operating procedures playbook
Assess, Program and Administer training programs to membership
Coach in a positive, energetic environment
Pursue growth, knowledge and stewardship
Maintain clean and professional work environment
Prerequisites
Strong belief in teamwork
Growth mindset in seeking better solutions within the health and fitness environment
Flexible schedule (e.g., early mornings, later evenings as needed and agreed upon)
CPR/AED certified within 3 months of hire
Current or pending certification from one of the following bodies
NSCA, ACSM, NASM or equivalent
Compensation
Coach is eligible for commission of individual sales (individual/group coaching, online programming) ($28.60 - $44/session)
Coach is provided a $500/annual stipend for approved continuing education courses/clinics effective September 1st of each year
Coach is eligible to work on in-house projects, these projects include
In-service clinic presentations
Member clinics
Writing
Educational/Exercise Library videos
