Training At Soma VT

At Soma VT, we value having the space to move freely.  Spaced out over two floors on Williston Road, we offer access to the training equipment and training space that you need to succeed.

Train Together,
Not On Top Of Each Other

At Soma VT, we cap our class sizes and training floor to limit the amount of people training at one time.  This allows our members to move freely and have easy access to the equipment that they need.

Equipment:

Strength Equipment

We offer dumbbells from 2.5 - 100 pounds, barbells we use with our powerlifting team and others and cable stations that are easily adjustable to accommodate a wide range of exercises.

Neuromuscular Equipment

We use Blaze Pods to improve reaction time and neuromuscular function along with balance tools like the Ultimate Instability AquaBag and AquaBall to challenge members in a reactive environment to prepare for everyday life and more.

Power / Speed Equipment

We have vertical jump testing, medicine balls and more along with turf space to improve speed and agility through drill work and exercises.

Hypertrophy Equipment

We have a KBox4 Pro unit offering flywheel technology to help drive hypertrophy gains using eccentric overload.  Hooking up to our bluetooth training app allows you to track results and see how your body is performing over time!

Cardio Equipment

We offer basic cardio equipment to allow for warm up and cool down periods.

Soft Tissue Tools

We offer foam rollers, lacrosse balls, cupping sets, vibration tools and more along with our in-house massage therapists and PT’s

Available Facilities

  • We offer 5 bathrooms and 4 showers to allow for quick and easy clean up and changing before or after your workout.

  • We have a coat rack and shoe rack in our main lobby to leave outdoor clothing. If you feel the need to have your personal belongings under lock and key, simply ask a coach!
