Laura is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree from UVM in dietetics, a certification in weight management, and 4+ years experience in the fitness industry. She believes in individualized nutrition support and takes a well-rounded approach to help her clients achieve and sustain their wellness goals.
What To Expect For Your First Appointment
Step One: Book and Complete Intake Forms
Book your first appointment to get started. After you book, we will send you intake forms to fill out with necessary information for your first appointment.
Step Two: Attend Your Initial Nutrition Session
Meet with Laura, talk about goals and plan an individualized path together.
Step Three: Respond to Weekly Accountability Check-Ins
Between sessions, stay in touch with Laura by responding to messages, providing updates on progress, and get any questions answered before your next session.
Nutrition Counseling Pricing:
Monthly Package - $165/mo.
Monthly nutrition package includes one 55-minute nutrition session, an individual needs assessment with caloric and macronutrient goals, menu planning tools, recipe suggestions and weekly check-ins!
